Pinheiro Guimarães and Machado Meyer on issuance of CBV
Pinheiro Guimarães advised the issuer, Machado Meyer advised the manager on the 1st issue of simple debentures, non convertible into shares, in a single series, of the species with a real guarantee, with additional guarantee fidejussionary, for public distribution with restricted distribution efforts, in accordance with CVM 476, by CBV – Centro Brasileiro da Visão, in the total amount of R$ 200 million.
