TozziniFreire and Pinheiro Neto acted in the first (1st) issue of unsecured debentures, non convertible into shares, unsecured, with additional fiduciary guarantee, in a single series, for public distribution with restricted distribution efforts, of Construtora Barbosa Mello, pursuant to CVM 476 in total amount of BRL 100 million.
