Mattos Filho advise iFood on fundraising round for Shopper
Mattos Filho advised iFood Holding B.V. on a minority fundraising round for Shopper, a leading Brazilian start-up in the online supermarket sector.
The round was carried out at Shopper Holdings, the startup’s holding company, incorporated in the Cayman Islands, and which has investors including GIC, Minerva, Quartz, FJ Labs and 4Equity. Completion of the transaction is subject to certain conditions precedent, including approval by the CADE – Administrative Council for Economic Defense.
