Mattos Filho advise on CNP’s commercial agreement with BRB

Mattos Filho advised CNP and its subsidiaries on negotiating the terms and conditions of the commercial agreement between these subsidiaries and Banco BRB for the exclusive distribution of CNP’s capitalization and consortium products through Banco BRB’s distribution channels for 20 years.
