Mattos Filho advise Vibra on the sale of Evolua to Copersucar

Mattos Filho advised Vibra Energia on the negotiation and execution of the agreement for the sale of its entire stake (49.99%) in Evolua Etanol to Copersucar, which holds the remaining 50.01% of the equity.

This transaction marks the dissolution of the joint venture originally created for the commercialization of ethanol and reflects the new market dynamics, aligning with Vibra’s strategy to increase its flexibility in ethanol supply. The transaction has already closed, making it fully effective from both a legal and economic standpoint.

Mattos Filho was represented by partners Claudio Oksenberg, Bruno Chedid, Thais Rodrigues, and Paula Camara, associates David Gandelman Kelman, Clarissa Lima, Cleber Oliveira Silva.
