Lavez Coutinho launches corporate social security practice

Lavez Coutinho has launched a Corporate Social Security Law practice as part of its strategy to expand the firm’s capabilities in tax-related matters. The initiative also marks the arrival of Nathália Pardo as partner, who will lead the new area.

According to the firm, the practice will focus on the strategic management of social security matters affecting companies, including employee leave management, challenges related to the Technical Nexus (NTEP), and issues involving the Accident Prevention Factor (FAP).

The new practice adopts a multidisciplinary approach combining legal analysis, operational knowledge and preventive measures, aiming to address labor and tax risks and provide support on matters involving the intersection of Social Security, Labor and Tax Law.

Nathália Pardo specializes in Corporate Social Security Law and Private Pension. She holds training from EBRADI São Paulo and specializations in Workplace Accidents and Occupational Diseases and Tax Law from INSPER. She is also a certified Occupational Safety technician and participates in committees of the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB-SP).
