Machado Meyer advises on Direcional-linked CRI issuance

Machado Meyer acted as deal counsel on the public offering for the distribution of real estate receivable certificates (CRI), of 1st and 3rd tranches, of the 314th issue of Riza Securitizadora, linked to diversified real estate credit rights belonging to the economic group of Direcional Engenharia, in the total amount of BRL 40,181,598.18.
The offering was registered with CVM 160, as amended.
