Stocche Forbes advises on Piracicaba logistics real estate sale

Stocche Forbes advised and acted as deal counsel in the sale of a real estate property located in Piracicaba, São Paulo, owned by Rosh SPE Empreendimentos e Participações, to XP Log Real Estate Investment Fund (FII), where a logistics development comprising two warehouse facilities is being developed.

The transaction totaled BRL 599,182,411.04.
