Mattos Filho advised Carlyle on the divestment on Rede D’or
Mattos Filho advised Carlyle on the divestment cycle of the common shares of Rede D’or owned by Carlyle funds, which resulted on the block-trade transaction through an auction on the stock exchange operated by Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
The block trade was held on 22 May to sell Carlyle’s entire stake in the company’s share capital. The sales totaled R$2.2 billion.
