Mattos Filho and Stocche Forbes act in the acquisition of shares of Omega by Actis
Mattos Filho advised Actis on the acquisition of shares of Omega Energia, through transactions in the secondary market and a potential call option exercise, granted by investment funds managed by Tarpon.
Additionally, A shareholders’ agreement was also signed , which will become effective on the date Actis becomes the holder of shares representing at least 10% of the capital stock of Omega Energia.
The value was not disclosed.
