TCA counsels on the issuance of Negotiable Obligations by Ricardo Almar e Hijos

Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised Ricardo Almar e Hijos, as well as the underwriters, in the issuance of the Class I Secured SME CNV Notes for an aggregate amount of $100,000,000 Argentine pesos.

The Notes were issued on June 27, maturing on June 27, 2024, were denominated and payable in pesos with an annual floating nominal interest rate equivalent to the Badlar Rate plus a margin of 2.99%.

Balanz Capital Valores, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Banco Mariva and Banco Supervielle acted as placement agents.

The Notes were guaranteed by Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Banco Mariva and Banco Supervielle as Guarantors duly authorised by the CNV.

Ricardo Almar e Hijos produces polypropylene and polyethylene fabrics, bags and flexible structures. These products are used in agriculture, packaging of seeds, fertilisers, food, animal feed, flour and sugar, among others.

María Eugenia Ataefe and Pablo Antao acted as in-house counsels for Banco Mariva.
