Mattos Filho advised on the public offering of debentures pursuant to CVM 160, as amended, of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, of the unsecured type, in a single series, of the 22nd issue of the Aegea Saneamento e Participações, in the total amount of BRL 2.785,616,000.00.
