Mattos Filho advises Perfin Infra on investment in Virtu LNG Group
Mattos Filho advised Perfin Infra on investment in Grupo Virtu GNL. The first phase of the transaction involved structuring a convertible debenture, which, upon the fulfillment of certain conditions, may be converted into a 50% equity stake in the Virtu Participações.
Additionally, the parties will negotiate the terms for new capital contributions to be made by Perfin in the amount of up to R$ 450 million, subject to the closing of the transaction.
