Mattos Filho and Lefosse advise on Pague Menos share offering
Mattos Filho advised the company and selling shareholders; Lefosse advised the underwriters, on the primary and secondary public offering of common shares, issued by Empreendimentos Pague Menos and held by General Atlantic, amounting to R$ 243,478,263.00, with the possibility of the exercise of an overallotment option of up to 15% of the common shares initially offered.
