Mattos Filho and Lefosse advise on Unipar Carbocloro issue

Mattos Filho advised the issuer and Lefosse advised the underwriters on the 9th issuance of 750,000 non-convertible debentures of Unipar Carbocloro, in three series, in the total amount of BRL 750 million, under CVM 160, as amend.

Mattos Filho advised the Unipar Caboclo and relied on partner Frederico Kerr Bullamah (pictured left), and associates Bernardo Ferreira Martins da Costa and Isabela Gonçalves Correia Neves.

Lefosse advised Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira, Banco Bradesco BBI, Banco Santander, Banco Votorantim and XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and relied on partner Bruno Massis (pictured right); associates Isabela Magalhaes, Rafael Silva, Yasmin Rópa and assistant Lucas Teixeira.
