Mattos Filho Advogados provided assistance to Seacrest in all matters related to the acquisition by Seacrest of Petrobras’ entire interest in the Norte Capixaba cluster, which encompasses four (4) onshore producing fields, with integrated facilities, located in the Espírito Santo Basin, State of Espírito Santo, Brazil.
Machado Meyer Advogados advised Petrobras that had the sale of 100% of the participation in the following onshore fields (and related assets): Cancã, Fazenda Alegre, Fazenda São Rafael and Fazenda Santa Luzia, which together form the Aglomerado Norte Capixaba.
The total amount involved in this transaction is $544 million.
