Mattos Filho and Machado Meyer on issuance owed by Kablin
Mattos Filho advised the debtor and Machado Meyer advised the underwriters on the context of the 77th issuance of agribusiness receivables certificates (CRA), in a single series of VERT Companhia Securitizadora backed by agribusiness credits owed by Klabin (debtor).
The total amount was R$2,5 billion.
