Mattos Filho and Stocche Forbes advise on BRL 200m CPR-F deal

Mattos Filho advised certain rural producers who are controlling shareholders of Ras Company on the issuance of Cédulas de Produto Rural with financial settlement (CPR-F) in the aggregate principal amount of BRL 200 million, in the context of a bilateral credit facility provided by Banco XP, which was advised by Stocche Forbes Advogados.
