Mattos Filho and Stocche Forbes advises Grupo Águas do Brasil issues

Mattos Filho Advogados advised Saneamento Ambiental Águas do Brasil, which issued 250 thousand simple debentures, not convertible into shares, without collateral, in a single series, of its 4th issue, in the total amount of R$ 250 million.
The debentures were subject to public distribution with restricted placement efforts, according to CVM 476, as amended, under a firm guarantee regime, arranged by Banco Itaú BBA S.A., as lead underwriter.
SAAB Participações III, of Grupo Águas do Brasil, also closed in March its first issue of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, with collateral and additional fiduciary guarantee, in a single series, in the total amount of R$ 2 billion.
Banco Itaú, Banco BTG Pactual, Banco Santander (Brazil) and XP Investimentos acted as underwriters in this offering.
Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados advised Grupo Águas do Brasil and Stocche Forbes Advogados, the coordinating banks in both offerings.
Stocche Forbes Advogados advised Banco Itaú 4th issue of Saneamento Ambiental Águas do Brasil and counted with the partners Frederico Moura and Marco Saliba, associates Luca Nigra and Elizabeth de Azevedo and trainee Giuliano Cesar Tatagiba.
