Mattos Filho advised the issuer and Stocche Forbes advised the underwriters on the public offering of the 2nd issuance of shares by Pátria Infraestrutura Energia Core Renda Fundo de Investimento em Participações em Infraestrutura, pursuant to CVM Rule No. 160 of the Brazilian Securities Comission, in the total amount of BRL 206.376.487,08.
