MCRM represents Nabiax in sale of Digital Holdings Argentina
Mitrani Caballero & Ruiz Moreno has represented Nabiax on the legal aspects of completing the sale in Argentina of Digital Holdings Argentina.
The sale, which closed on 13 June, was the culmination of a share sale and purchase agreement announced on 27 March in which Actis, a British investment fund, acquired from Nabiax 11 data centres located in Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Peru, Argentina and the US (Florida).
Nabiax is a Spain-based company that provides housing and critical infrastructure services for data centres and is controlled by an investment fund managed by Asterion Industrial Partners.
MCRM’s team was led by partner Julio R. Martínez (pictured left) together with Matías Olcese (pictured right) and associates Bruno M. Fiorino and María José Fernandez Ruiz from the corporate and financial area.
