Melcheds and NFA assists in issuance of CRI by Opea

Melcheds assisted Terras de Santana de Parnaiba Empreendimentos Imobiliários, a company from Arqos Group, on the issuance of Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI) by Opea Securitizadora, in a deal structured by Banco ABC.

The transaction encompasses the allocation of funds raised through the CRI to finance real estate operations for Terras de Santana de Parnaíba Empreendimentos Imobiliários, with a total issuance value of R$30 million.
