Jorge Soares provides advisory services in consultancy and labor litigation matters and has extensive experience in handling individual and collective claims, complex litigations, collective bargaining agreements, public civil actions, administrative litigation, union negotiations, and internal compliance investigations. He has a degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a post-graduate degree in Labor Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, Member of the Board of Directors of Instituto Reciclar (since February 2022), and Member of the Media Rights Commission of OAB Campinas.
