Miranda & Amado advised BBVA Banco Continental on bonds issuance

Peruvian law firm Miranda & Amado acted for BBVA Banco Continental on its PEN 600 Million (approximately $183 million) corporate bond issuance. 

BBVA Banco Continental is the Peruvian subsidiary of BBVA.

The transaction is the second issuance under the bank’s sixth corporate bond program in the Public Registry of Securities Market of the Superintendency of Securities Market. This second issuance was registered for an amount of up to PEN 600 million (Peruvian nuevos soles), from which PEN 150 million (approximately $45 million) were allocated through a public offer.
