Miranda & Amado counsels Ventanilla on $63.3m financing
Miranda & Amado has counselled Proyecto Ventanilla in the financing of the “Almacenes del Norte” logistics project to be financed by a USD $63.3 million senior loan granted by IDB and CIFI, and a subordinated loan granted by CIFI.
The transaction closed on 5 June, with Allen & Overy acting as US counsel to the sponsor, and Holland & Knight and Estudio Echecopar (Backer McKenzie) advising the lenders in the US and Peru, respectively.
Estudio Echecopar’s team was made up by partner Marco Alarcón and associate Lara Sarlui.
