Miranda & Amado names Luis Santa Cruz as new partner

Peruvian law firm Miranda & Amado has announced the promotion of Luis Santa Cruz (pictured) as a new partner in the Labour and Employment practice, effective 1 January 2024.

Luis joined the firm in 2013. His practice focuses on legal advice on individual and collective labour relations, collective bargaining, direct and indirect hiring, disciplinary proceedings, occupational health and safety, labour taxation; as well as labour inspections and administrative proceedings. Luis holds a Law Degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a Master’s Degree in Labour Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues (Madrid, Spain).
