Monteiro Rusu act as deal counsel on the CSN debenture issue

Monteiro Rusu acted as deal counsel on the 4th issuance of simple debentures, non-convertible into shares, in single tranche, of CSN Cimentos Brasil, for public distribution, according to the CVM Rule 160, under firm commitment of Banco BNP Paribas Brasil in the total amount of BRL 550 million.
