Monteiro Rusu advised Coplana on CRA issue

Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados advised Coplana – Cooperativa Agroindustrial in the 320th issue of CRA – Certificates of Agribusiness Receivables by Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio, in the total amount of BRL 100 million.

The CRA were backed by agribusiness credit rights owed by Coplana and were distributed under the terms and conditions of CVM Resolution 160 by Banco Itaú BBA.
