Monteiro Rusu advises Deltasul in CRI issuance of Opea

Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados acted in the 160th issue of real estate receivables certificates (CRI) of Opea Securitizadora, in 2 series, in the total amount of R$ 125 million, backed by real estate credits due by Deltasul Utilidades.

The public offering was carried out in accordance with CVM Rule 160 by Banco Itaú BBA, as the sole bookrunner.

Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados acted as legal advisor of Deltasul and included partners Roberto Rusu (pictured left) and Marina Fenerich (pictured right), associate Rebeca Barros and intern Stephanie Farroco.
