Monteiro Rusu and TozziniFreire advised on the 5th issuance of Sparta Infra CDI Fundo de Investimento em Cotas de Fundos Incentivados de Investimento em Infraestrutura Renda Fixa Crédito Privado (Brazil Stocks Exchange negotiation code: CDII11), pursuant to CVM Instruction 555 and CVM Resolution 160, targeted at retail investors.
The fund aims investments in securities and assets that have obtained tax incentives as provided by Law 12.431/11, which has been idealized to foster infrastructure development in Brazil.
The total amount of the offer on the closing date was BRL 1.000.000.014,80 for a total of 9.514.748 quotas.
