Monteiro Rusu and Veirano act on Jussara CRA issuance
Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados advised Usina de Laticínios Jussara on the 152rd issuance of Certificates of Agribusiness Receivables (CRA) by Opea Securitizadora on the total amount of BRL 100 million.
Veirano Advogados advised the bookrunner UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, under CVM 160.
These CRA were backed by debentures issued by Usina de Laticínios Jussara, and the proceeds were used to the acquisition of agricultural inputs and agricultural products from rural production.
