Moraes Jr. assists the judicial reorganization of Citrosudeste

Moraes Jr. Advogados represented Citrosudeste, the beverage manufacturer, in a petition for judicial reorganization which was accepted by the Conchal Forum of the São Paulo Court of Justice.

With the granting, the company will benefit from the stay period and will continue its activities. This means that over the next 180 days Citrosudeste will be able to organize its business and plan the payment of the creditors included in the judicial rehabilitation process.

In practice, any form of retention, search and seizure of company assets is prohibited. This measure aims to protect the company’s economic activity and assets, in addition to preserving jobs.
