Veirano advises Agro New on the acquisition of Agrofito
Veirano Advogados advises Agro New Máquinas Agrícolas Agrofito – a company fully owned by Nors – on the acquisition of 100% of the capital stock of Agrofito Case Máquinas Agrícolas, an authorized Case IH.
Sellers are private individuals. The transaction value was not disclosed.
The deal was approved by CADE on February 10, 2023.
Veirano Advogados relied on partners Marcos Rocha (pictured left), Maria Cecilia Vieira (pictured right) and lawyer Thaisa Passalini.
