Moraes Pitombo Advogados announces the expansion of its team
Moraes Pitombo Advogados is celebrating its 23rd anniversary by announcing the arrival of Juliano Breda and Antônio Carlos Monteiro da Silva Filho.
Juliano holds a master’s degree in Social Relations Law from the Federal University of Paraná, a doctorate in Law from the Federal University of Paraná, a post-doctorate in Fundamental Rights and Democracy from the University of Coimbra, was a guest researcher at the Humboldt Universität – Berlin, as well as president of the Brazilian Bar Association – Paraná and a member of the Federal Council of the OAB.
Antônio Carlos Monteiro da Silva Filho, for his part, has a master’s degree in Civil Procedural Law from USP Law School and an MBA in Finance, Communication and Investor Relations from Fipecafi-USP. He is a member of the Institute of Arbitrators, an associate of the American Bar Association – International Associate, a member of the London Court of International Arbitration, the International Chamber of Commerce – ICC-Brazil, the Brazilian Arbitration Committee and the Engineering Institute and the Brazilian Institute of Construction Law.
