Two firms advise on BRL 8 billion debenture issue by NTS
Cescon Barrieu the issuer; Pinheiro Guimarães advised the underwriters on the issuance and public offering of non-convertible and unsecured debentures by Nova Transportadora do Sudeste – NTS, in the total amount of BRL 8 billion.
