Morimor advises Cinven on acquisition of Bayer assets
Morgan & Morgan has locally advised Cinven, through one of its US firms, Environmental Science US, on an acquisition of Bayer’s assets in Panama.
Through this transaction, Cinven, an international private equity firm, acquired all of the multi-jurisdictional assets of Bayer Environmental Science, a subsidiary of Bayer AG.
The acquisition involved the jurisdictions of Panama and Germany.
