PAGBAM adds two new partners

Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Arntsen has announced the promotion of Facundo Fernández Santos from the Tax department, as well as the addition of Geraldine Moffat to the Labour and Employment practice, as new partners in their respective practices.

Facundo Fernández Santos (pictured left) joined PAGBAM in 2011. His practice focuses on advising on tax matters, tax planning and taxation in areas such as financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, transfer of shareholdings, technology transfer agreements and transfer pricing, among others. He previously worked as a paralegal at Sommaruga-Luraschi & Asociados law firm. He is a lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires and has completed postgraduate studies in Taxation at the National University of Buenos Aires. He is also a member of the Argentine Association of Tax Studies and of the Buenos Aires Bar Association.

Geraldine Moffat (pictured right) is a lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires and specialised in Labour and Social Security Law at the Argentine Catholic University. With more than 15 years of experience in the area, she joins PAGBAM’s consolidated Labour Law team. Previously, she worked as a partner at the law firm Bruchou & Funes de Rioja, and also worked in the Labour Law Department of the law firm Negri & Teijeiro.
