Morimor advises MMG in acquisition of Mercantil Trust & Finance
Morgan & Morgan has advised MMG Trust on the acquisition of Mercantil Trust & Finance, a trust company and subsidiary of Mercantil Banco.
The advice involved a due diligence process of the target entity, where the share purchase agreement was negotiated, signed and closed. In addition, regulatory approval for change of control was sought from the Superintendency of Banks of Panama.
