Morimor counsels on sale of 55% stake in CHDD to Grupesal
Morgan & Morgan has counselled the shareholders of Clínica Hospital de David (CHDD) on the sale of a 55% stake in CHDD to Grupesal Panamá.
The transaction also involved the merger of CHDD with Grupesal, a necessary condition for the closing of the transaction. In addition, the closing of the transaction was secured by an escrow agreement.
CHDD is the parent company of Centro Medico Mae Lewis, a hospital in Chiriqui, Panama.
