Morimor in $1.3bn FQM senior bond offering

Morgan & Morgan Legal has advised First Quantum Minerals (FQM) on its offer and issuance of senior notes, payable in 2031, in the amount of USD $1,300,000,000.00 with an interest rate of 8.625% per annum.

This issuance was part of a financial condition of FQM to partially redeem previously issued senior bonds at a rate of 7.500% payable in 2025.
