TCA acts in new issue of Tierra del Fuego treasury bills
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has acted as counsel in the issuance of Treasury Bills Series III Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 of the Province of Tierra del Fuego for a total amount of AR$2.700.000.000.000.
The issuance was made on July 5th under the Treasury Bills Issuance Program for the year 2023, for an outstanding face value of up to AR$5,000,000,000,000 or its equivalent in other currencies, where the Treasury Bills Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 will mature on September 1st, 2023, October 3rd, 2023 and November 1st, 2023, respectively.
The Series III Treasury Bills were guaranteed with funds from the Federal Tax Co-participation Regime.
Banco Comafi acted as arranger and underwriter in the issue. Puente Hnos, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Banco Patagonia, Adcap Securities Argentina, Macro Securities and Banco Supervielle acted as co-placement agents.
