Multiple firms act on the acquisition of PerkinElmer to New Montain

TozziniFreire, Trench Rossi Watanabe and international firms advised on the sale of the analytical, food and enterprise service businesses of PerkinElmer to New Mountain Capital, by means of spin-off and/or equity sale.

The transaction was worth US$ 2,3 billion and marks the divestment of an important division of PerkinElmer.
