Muñiz assists in takeover bids of Agro Industrial Paramonga and Azucarera El Ingenio

Estudio Muñiz has assisted in the subsequent takeover bids for 2.34285630% of the shares of the share capital of Agro Industrial Paramonga and 10.39% of the shares of the share capital of Empresa Azucarera El Ingenio, respectively, as a result of the indirect acquisitions of significant shareholdings in those companies.
