TRSYM and Bruchou counsel on issuance of Celulosa Argentina Notes

Tavarone Rovelli Salim & Miani has advised Celulosa Argentina, a company engaged in the production of cellulose pulp and paper, and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has advised the arrangers and underwriters, in the issuance of Additional Class 17 Notes.

The issuance was made under its Global Program for the issuance of Notes for a maximum outstanding amount of up to U$S150,000,000 or its equivalent in other currencies, for a nominal amount of U$S10,295,290 at a fixed annual nominal rate of 9.5%, maturing on August 8, 2025, denominated in US dollars and payable in pesos.

The Additional Class 17 Notes are additional to the Original Class 17 Notes issued on 8 August 2022 for a nominal amount of US$9,337,600 at a fixed annual nominal rate of 9.5%, maturing on 8 August 2025.

After the issuance of the Additional Class 17 Notes, the total outstanding par value of the Class 17 Notes is U$S 19,632,890.

Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Puente Hnos, Facimex Valores, Portfolio Investment and Zofingen Securities acted as underwriters; Banco de Servicios y Transacciones and Puente Hnos acted as arrangers, and Banco de Servicios y Transacciones acted as settlement agent.
