Muñiz, Ramírez, Pérez-Taiman & Olaya instructed on Lima resort sale

Peruvian law firm Muñiz, Ramírez, Pérez-Taiman & Olaya advised the owners of El Pueblo Resort & Convention Center in Lima on its sale to Decameron Hotel & Resorts and its partners.

The deal, of undisclosed value, closed in May after negotiations which took almost a year, adjusting the corporate and tax structure of the transaction. El Pueblo Resort & Convention Center is a resort located in the outskirts of Lima, Peru.

Partners Mauricio Olaya, Jorge Zuñiga and Santiago Quiroz were part of the Muñiz, Ramírez, Pérez-Taiman & Olaya team advising the sellers.

The buyer instructed Guerra, Salazar & Vega Soyer.
