“Incluir Direito”, founded in 2016, aims to increase the participation of black people in the legal market, promoting inclusion, diversity and social justice, through educational and personal development so that young black men and women can participate, on equal terms, in the selection processes of law firms.

In addition to the inclusion of black professionals in law firms, the project aims to generate changes in the organizational structure and culture by breaking paradigms and bias, contributing to the composition of more diverse work teams.

VPBG+ is committed to promoting a safe and inclusive environment, where everyone can feel free and respected, regardless of his/her/their race or ethnicity, culture, faith and spirituality, age, gender or sexual orientation. The firm nurtures a sense of belonging, cooperation and support among its members, aware that the plurality of ideas arising from a truly diverse place to work is an invaluable asset.

The VPBG members involved in the partnership are partner Juliana Martins Skolimovski Gaia da Silveira (pictured), president of VPBG+, VPBG Diversity and Inclusion Program, partner Frederico Buosi, senior associate André Guimarães Avillés and finance and accounting analyst Vanessa Oliveira.
