Nicholson Cano and TCA counsel on new issue of Surcos notes
Nicholson y Cano has counselled Surcos, an agricultural inputs sales company, and Tanoira Cassagne Abogados counselled the underwriters, in the issuance of Series XIII Notes.
The Series XIII Notes were issued and settled on April 30, for a nominal amount of $2,693,750,000 at an annual floating nominal interest rate equivalent to the Badlar Rate plus a 7% margin and maturing on April 30, 2025, under the framework of its global programme for the issuance of negotiable obligations for up to a nominal amount of US$100,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies).
Banco Supervielle, Balanz Capital Valores, Banco Santander Argentina, Invertir en Bolsa, Banco de la Provincia de Córdoba, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Macro Securities, Facimex Valores and TPCG Valores acted as underwriters.
