NLD represents Elis in acquisition of Golden Clean

NLD Abogados has advised Elis on the purchase of 100% of Golden Clean S.A. in Chile

 NLD has advised Elis, a leader in industrial laundry services, on the acquisition of 100% of Golden Clean S.A. in Chile. This advice marks Emergent LatAm’s entry into Chile.

This transaction was closed on March 3rd, thanks to which Elis continues to consolidate its presence in two growing segments in the Chilean market.

Elis, present in Europe and Latin America, is an international supplier offering textile, hygiene and wellness solutions for workwear, health and hospitality, among others. This enables it to make life easier for its 400,000 customers, develop long-term local relationships and promote the circular economy by encouraging the maintenance, reuse and recycling of these products for its customers.

Meanwhile, Golden Clean operates two industrial laundry centres in Santiago and Antofagasta and serves customers in the healthcare and hospitality segments. The company delivered revenues of EUR 6 million in 2021.
