Vouga counsels Itaú Asset Management on Mutual Fund structuring

Vouga Abogados has assisted Itaú Asset Management in the structuring and approval of its Mutual Funds by the CNV

 The Paraguayan law firm Vouga Abogados has counselled Itaú Asset Management, the fund management company of Banco Itaú Paraguay, in the preparation and approval by the National Securities Commission (CNV) of the internal regulations of its Mutual Funds in Guaraníes and Dollars, as well as all contracts and other documentation related to the implementation of these funds.

Itaú seeks to present an innovative proposal in terms of fund management through these Mutual Funds and to generate greater value to its clients through a new range of financial products.
