Nubank has announced Humberto Chiesi Filho (pictured) as its new legal director of litigation.

At the digital bank, the executive will lead the team responsible for managing volume litigation and special cases, ensuring that the approach is efficient, strategic and aligned with the institution’s values.

Before joining the financial institution, Humberto Chiesi Filho worked as legal director of Dispute Resolution for Latin America at Mercado Livre.
